The Champagne Splits Shimmering Skin Perfector Mineral Blush Duo is available in four different shades. The Mineral Blush Duo is basically an extension of the entire collection we have seen thus far, including shades we have tried and loved. Each duo includes one Mineral Blush and one Shimmering Skin Perfector highlighter. Two of the duos include Champagne Pop and two include the newer highlighter Becca has introduced for a limited time, Prosecco Pop. All of the blushes included in the duos are available in full-size as well. As someone who is constantly on the go, I always love when great products are combined into one, even into something as simple as a duo.
As I said, the Mineral Blush Duo is available in four color combinations, Champagne Pop/Flowerchild, Champagne Pop/Hyacinth, Prosecco Pop/Amaretto, and Prosecco Pop/Pamplemousse. Champagne Pop is a soft white gold, with pink undertones, while Prosecco Pop is more of a true yellow gold. Both are absolutely stunning. It’s a matter of preference, and which complements your complexion most. As for blushes, Flowerchild is a peachy pink with golden highlights, Hyacinth is a poppy pink, Pamplemousse is a medium-dark pink, and Amaretto is a rosy brown.
The Mineral Blush Duo includes quite a few limited edition shades, so you can’t think on this collection too long. Despite Jaclyn Hill’s fans constantly begging, Prosecco Pop is still limited edition. I’m hoping they eventually make it permanent like they did with Champagne Pop. Pamplemousse and Amaretto, included in the Champagne Glow Face Palette, are also limited edition.
While the Mineral Blush Duo is packaged in Becca’s typical pan, they mixed things up a bit by opting for gold and silver packaging rather than their standard brown and silver. It is beyond gorgeous. While I love Becca’s packaging, I think they should design everything with gold and silver. It’s much more eye-catching.
All four color combinations of the Becca Mineral Blush Duo have incredible pigmentation. I think they beautifully paired each duo. My personal favorites are Champagne Pop/Flowerchild and Prosecco Pop/Pamplemousse, simply because I don’t typically wear bold pink blush. Both Becca’s highlighters and blushes are long-wearing and easy to apply. The quality of the duos is absolutely consistent with the quality of the full-sized versions.
